Transport and Conference Management
We have considerable experience in providing and co-ordinating volume logistics for conferences of up to 600 delegates. Rapid, accurate deployment of resources, often at very short notice is key to the success of any large volume transportation. All conference programmes will be managed by an on-site coordinator. We will discuss your brief in detail prior to the event and offer you a cost effective quotation to suit your requirements. Murray's Chauffeur Drive have developed a fast, efficient and accurate process to ensure that your arrangements run smoothly and accurately:
Send us your itinerary and we will acknowledge receipt
The required services are reviewed and we will contact you immediately to confirm any potential issues. Within three hours of receiving your itinerary, we will provide a
Reservation Confirmation for each booking and your Chauffeur's name and mobile number can generally be supplied before close of business on that working day.
We will provide printed name boards for all airport arrivals, and the on site Coordinator will work with you and your personnel to ensure the smooth running of the airport arrivals and departures.
After the service has been provided we will then issue an invoice either by fax/email which will contain a detailed list of charges, to enable you to close off the costs.

Airport Services
Murray's Chauffeur Drive will meet you or your clients or guests upon arrival, at any of Ireland's Airports. Our Experienced Quality Chauffeurs and Reservations Team will track your flight, so even if the flight is delayed or if it arrives earlier than expected, our fully uniformed professional Chauffeur, complete with name board will greet you at the Chauffeur Meeting Point in the Arrivals Hall.
